The Beaches of Espoo: Hyljelahti
Hyljelahti is a small beach or spot in the middle of a residential area, by the sea in Southern Espoo. In the background, there's either Stora or Lilla Metanberget (islands).
I believe the beach is in its natural state. A beautiful one at that.
The scenery is maritime. However, we're still on the densely populated southern coast of Finland's second-largest city...
These photos are from July 2007. I cycled the entire Espoo shoreline trail in one go and probably took almost a thousand photos.
