The Beaches of Espoo: Westend
Westend Beach is located in southern Espoo, near Länsiväylä. There is some 4-5 kilometers from here to the center of Helsinki.
In addition to a playground, there are also fitness equipment available.
Toilets are n fine condition.
The beach's specialty is a beautiful peninsula, which also has a pier for jumping into the sea.
Keilaniemi can be seen in the background.
Westend Beach is the closest beach from Tapiola, one of the local centres of Espoo. On behind you can see some of the southernmost buildings in Tapiola.
