Storträsk beach is located pretty much in the middle of Kirkkonummi, in Evitskog. The gradually sloping, sandy bottom beach is well-suited for families with young children. The water is clean but murky.

I visited here with my camera on a weekday in mid-August during the record hot summer of 2018. Despite the continuing heat and sweat, the beach was empty because the children were already in school. The August sun is also somehow softer, which is reflected in these photos.

The beach has a swing and climbing frame, changing cabins, and an outhouse. The facilities are therefore quite good.

You can also play volleyball on the lawn. On the left, at the top of the hill, there is a parking lot that can probably accommodate dozens of cars at the same time.
