Märsan Beach is located on the north side of Hangonniemi. The water here deepens faster than at other beaches in Hanko, which is why Märsan has the only diving tower among Hanko's beaches.

The diving tower is on the peninsula. A short distance away is a sheltered sandy beach that gets nice evening sun. I took these pictures in the afternoon.

Märsan Beach Information

• Address: North of Lillmärsan recreational area. Parking spots along Tiilitehtaantie. Additionally, a small road northeast from Tiilitehtaantie leads close by. I haven't found its name on maps.
• Services: changing room, toilet, diving tower (supervised in summer).
