Espoo's outdoor islands: Torra Lövö

Welcome to Torra Lövö. This 3.5-hectare outdoor island is truly stunning—especially in good weather. Here's one of my best photos from last summer.

Now, let's take a tour around the island. On the sheltered north shore, the terrain is lower, and boats can dock at the pier.

The island also has a nice amount of forest.

On the right are Iso and Pieni Lehtisaari, as well as Sumparen. In the background, you can probably see Gåsgrund.

There are also some elevation changes.

In the background, you can see downtown Helsinki.

This is a great spot for grilling. This view is from the northeast shore.
