On a hot summer day, Lasitehdas beach (in english Glass factorys beach) in Lohja is the perfect place to visit. At the tip of Lasitehtaanniemi, there is a pier and a charming diving tower.
The Beaches of Lohja: Liessaari

The idyllic Liessaaren beach is located in Lohja, on the "city side" of the island of the same name. Liessaari also features a nature trail, lovely scenery, and an old mine.

Pähkinäniemi beach is located in Lohja, on the shore of Lake Lohja. The beach is not very large. As a shallow beach, it is well-suited for children, while older swimmers might prefer to take a dip from the pier.

Aurlahti swimming beach is the top beach in Lohja. And it’s no wonder, with 250 meters of sandy beach, right next to the city center, great facilities, and an overall beautiful setting.

The small and charming Ikkala swimming beach is located on the shore of Kotojärvi in the northern part of Lohja. There is also a nature trail and impressive cliffs nearby.

Pitkäjärvi beach, also known as Nummi beach, is located in the northern part of Lohja, in the village of Nummi, on the eastern shore of Pitkäjärvi.

Jäämäjärvi, also known as Pusula beach, is located in the northern part of Lohja, specifically in Pusula. Pusula was one of the two main urban areas in the former municipality of Nummi-Pusula.

Vohloinen swimming spot is located in Lohja. The small beach is on the shore of Lohjanjärvi, in Vohloisenlahti. The city of Lohja has stopped maintaining the beach, so there are no facilities like toilets anymore. However, swimming is still possible, at least until the beach gradually becomes overgrown.

Ojamon uimaranta on pieni ja sympaattinen uimaranta runsaan kilometrin päässä Lohjan keskustasta. Rantaa kutsutaan kai myös nimellä Nuotatien uimaranta.

Moision beach is located north of Lohja city center, close to the Tytyri mines. The beach appears serene and quiet for a reason: in the past few years, the water quality has been poor, and swimming is not recommended.
