The Beaches of Helsinki: Seurasaari
Seurasaari beach is a small beach in western Helsinki, in the Seurasaari outdoor park. The beach faces approximately southwest, so from midday onward, the sun warms it nicely.
About a kilometer further south is the Seurasaari swimming pool, visible in the background. Naturist beaches are a challenge during my beach tours, as the matter can be interpreted differently.
The beach in the outdoor island is located on the west side of the island. You can reach the island via a bridge, so no boat rides are needed.
In the foreground on the right, there are also a few other swimmers. Seurasaari has ducks and swans, so the beaches might be a bit too busy. By the way, a changing room can be found a little higher up the slope, and Seurasaari also offers proper flush toilets.
